I got into real estate because I watched too many people make the biggest financial decisions of their lives with almost no real information.
My story
Before real estate, I spent years in roles where the job was understanding systems, reading data, and helping people make decisions with incomplete information. When my own family went through a real estate transaction that felt rushed and under-explained, I realized how rare that skill set is in this industry.
Most agents are good people. But the business rewards speed: close fast, move to the next deal. Nobody's incentivized to slow down and say, "Here's what the data says. Here are your three real options. Here's the math on each one."
That's the gap I built Krista Recker Properties to fill. I work with buyers, sellers, and families in transition across Greater Boston, and every engagement starts the same way: with information, not pressure.
I live in Quincy, and most of my work is concentrated in the city and the surrounding South Shore communities, though I regularly work with clients across the Greater Boston area.
